The Red Bull LEDGEnd Skateboarding Contest at the famed Woolies ledge at the Wool Stores in Cantonment Street, Freo yesterday afternoon did not disappoint.
There were thrills and spills galore, not just in the main event on the ledge, but also on the ramp where the high flyers, both old and young, did their best to land their runs – and some did!
Matt Archer (a Woolies local) won the main Red Bull Contest in 1st Place.
Corey Young (from Sydney) constantly delighted the big crowd of skateboarding aficionados and won the ‘Best Trick’ prize.
