Humans (and others) and the CAT

A lovely email arrived in our inbox Friday from John Adderley, South Freo resident and contributor to the Shipping News, who writes –

I saw the story today about Christian Mauri’s project recording human tales of appreciation of the Freo CAT.

Thought I would send him my little picture of a few years ago illustrating how widely the CAT is relied on. Haha. Always somebody to chat to on a bus!

Unfortunately Chris’s booklet has already gone to print, so he can’t include this.

Maybe, if you think the topic is still newsworthy in FSN, my picture might promote the very worthy interest of bears, emus and of course, sundry other human commuters on our much valued Freo CAT.

We think the topic is still very newsworthy, John. And we love your ‘little picture’. So thanks for letting us share it with all the other CAT lovers here there and everywhere around Freo.

Mums and Dads, amd Grandparents, will no doubt be enticing their toddlers to spot the bear and the emu – once they have.

We also look forward to Christian Mauri’s book of CAT tales/tails before long. Nice idea.
