Every now and then something happens, like a planning application, or earthworks, or whatever that makes you wonder ‘What’s happening here?’.
In this case it’s a sale sign from a not-well-known Freo property agency on a fabulously huge site on a prominent South Terrace frontage in South Fremantle that caught our attention.
This lovely old style residence is at the corner of South Terrace and Silver Street, near the popular Ootong & Lincoln cafe restaurant.
We will watch to see what happens next.
