Fremantle Ports Acting CEO Jodie Ransom said the port was delighted to once again be hosting the Harbour Master Classic on Victoria Quay.

‘Professionally run by the WA Marathon Club, the sound of the starter gun and ships’ horns will kick off the race in front of E Shed, before heading out to South Mole and back along Victoria Quay enjoying the harbourside sights.

‘In the spirit of fun spot prizes will be awarded, including best nautical costume – so be sure to be creative and dress up in your best pirate, mariner, mermaid, dolphin, octopus, sailor costume. All finishers receive a medal – we look forward to seeing you there!” Ms Ransom said.
