View from the Round House with Martin Drum – Palestine and Israel, Israel and Palestine

Welcome back to our politics podcast, View From The Round House With Martin Drum.

Palestine and Israel, Israel and Palestine. The constant challenging issue of the second half of the twentieth century and the first half of the twentyfirst century.

In this podcast, the Shipping News’ editor, Michael Barker asks the the Prof how we got to the current position, how it will likely end, and whether things are likely to be any different from now in, say, 50 years time when the Editor’s eldest granddaughter will be approaching his current age. Is the 2-State solution a solution? And if it is, why hasn’t it already happened?

Martin Drum is the Executive Dean for the Faculty of Arts, Sciences, Business and Law and Professor of Politics and International Relations at the University of Notre Dame Australia, a frequenter of Fremantle, and a well know political pundit.
