Sandtrax Beach and car park, immediately South of Port Beach, are closed until mid-September.
Huge earth movers have been at work to create new sand dunes along Sandtrax Beach.
Once earthworks and dune stabilisation are completed vegetation and planting will follow.
Let’s hope it works!
