You can almost set your watches by them.
Every morning, as if at appointed hours, Freo folk and friends arrive at Freo’s beaches for their morning exercises, meditations, etc, etc. Some even swim.
6 am is different from 6.30. And 7 and 7.30 are different again, as are 8, 8.30 and beyond.
The early ones are the most interesting though.
