The Floor Is Yours grand final this Sunday!

Don’t miss the grand final of The Floor is Yours 2024 public speaking competition, presented by Soroptimist International Western Australia, this Sunday afternoon, 26 May 2024, at Notre Dame University, Mouat Street, Fremantle.

The competition has been open to women currently enrolled at a tertiary institution in Western Australia. Competitors have been required to present a 4-6 minute speech on a selected topic related to the empowerment and enablement of women and girls.

Heats were held at metropolitan campuses during April and May and the winner of each heat received a prize of $500.

Now the grand final will be held this Sunday 26 May 2024 between 2 pm – 4 pm at Notre Dame University, Fremantle, in the Santa Maria Lecture Theatre, ND1, off Mouat Street, where the heat winners will compete for a prize of $1,000.

Members of the public are invited to attend.
