Today, we are pleased to bring you Lament for a Creek  by Reneé Pettitt-Schipp.

Reneé Pettitt-Schipp‘s first poetry collection, The Sky Runs Right Through Us, was shortlisted for the Dorothy Hewitt manuscript prize and won the WA premier’s Literary Award for an Emerging Writer. Renee’s debut non-fiction work, The Archipelago of Us, was released by Fremantle Press in 2023. Renee lives in Western Australia’s Great Southern.
