The Revelation Perth International Film Festival is a cracking 11-day celebration of cinema, showcasing over 200 international films.
It will run 2 – 13 July at Luna Leederville, Luna on SX in Freo, and The Backlot.
With hundreds of submissions from the four corners of the globe, Revelation embraces diverse audiences and, over its 28 years, has earned a reputation as a fierce advocate for adventurous independent cinema and Australian screen culture.
Since 2020, it has commissioned and produced more than 25 short (and award winning) documentaries and VR works and since then has invested more than $350,000 in local independent screen production.
In 2016, the festival launched its own streaming service – RevStream – which now houses more than 200 feature, short and documentary films and delivers to audiences and industry year-round.
