‘I’m late, I’m late, for a very important date!’
The Crown Princess was due to arrive in Freo this morning on a transit visit, meaning she would be in early around 7 am and leave again early in the evening around 6 pm, as we reported yesterday.

However, inclement cruising weather saw her arriving quite unfashionably 8 hours late and staying the night in Fremantle. She is now due to depart at 12 noon tomorrow.
Jean Hudson, our Shipping and Sailing Correspondent, despatched this gallery of pics of the Princess’s arrival today.
Hopefully guests aboard the Princess will get to see something of Freo tomorrow. The Cappuccino Strip could certainly be quite busy first thing in the morning!
