Fremantle will roll out the red carpet for Crown Princess’s third visit tomorrow.
She was due in at 7am tomorrow, Wednesday 11 June – but the current inclement weather has delayed her arrival until 1pm. Winds at 5pm today, 10 June are gusting to 37km/h – not exactly pleasant cruising weather.
Crown Princess’s last visit was on 30 March 2025, when she powered into a strong easterly headwind.

And her exciting maiden voyage was on 6 November 2024.
Princess Cruises, and Bob Wood Tours, operate the 113,000-ton vessel. She can carry 3,000 passengers, but has just 2,560 onboard at the moment. 196 will disembark in Fremantle and 389 will embark.
If my maths are correct, 2753 passengers will be aboard when the Princess departs at 6pm.
There are also 1133 crew members on board, so Fremantle will be busy in the afternoon. Only 250 passengers have pre-booked tours, leaving 2300 to explore and bring a boost to the local economy.
This current cruise is 60 days, one-way from Auckland, NZ to Dover, UK and commenced on 31 May.
Crown Princess has already visited Sydney and Adelaide. From here, she will visit Mauritius, South Africa, Namibia, Cape Verde, Canary Islands, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, France, Ireland and Scotland before Dover.
Head on down to Fremantle tomorrow afternoon and watch her depart at 6pm.
Sunset is at 5.20pm.
And keep an eye out for our further pics of the Princess’s arrival tomorrow!
