Coral Princess arrives as Pacific Explorer departs

It was busy out on the North Mole this morning. Lots of fisher folk catching salmon, swooping gulls, joggers, cyclists, motor bikers, dogs and a ship spotter or two!

The Coral Princess arrived into Fremantle this morning after 9am on a perfect day. She tied up next to Pacific Explorer at G berth in the Inner Harbour.

This is the Princess’ third visit to Fremantle this cruising season – she was here in November 2023 and again in March this year. We will see her again in September on two turnaround cruises.

Coral Princess is currently on a 60-day one-way cruise from Auckland, NZ to Dover, England. She departed Auckland in 26 April and visited Bay of Islands on the North Island and then Sydney before arriving in Fremantle.

From here she is off to Mauritius; Cape Town; Walvis Bay, Namibia; Sao Vicente Island Cape Verde; Canary Islands; Morocco; Cobh-Cork in Ireland; Bruges, Belgium; North Holland; Rostock, Germany; Riga, Latvia; Helsinki, Finland; Tallinn, Estonia; Gotland Island & Stockholm, Sweden; Copenhagen, Denmark; Kristiansand, Norway before eventually arriving in Dover on the 25 June.

There are 880 crew and 1718 transit passengers on board. Six passengers will disembark at Fremantle and 10 will join.

153 passengers are booked on pre-booked tours leaving the remaining 1565 passengers plus crew to enjoy Fremantle.

The Princess sails again at 5pm today.
