The lovely red North Mole at the entrance to Fremantle’s Inner Harbour is closed for approximately eight weeks for necessary maintenance works.
Here are some pics taken at North Mole just before Christmas.
It’s a favorite haunt for many with its red lighthouse and red heritage listed marker bouy.
Walkers, cyclists, shipspotters, birdwatchers and fisherfolk enjoy the cooler air out at the end of the groyne during warmer weather.
For the next couple months, head instead to the lovely green South Mole for a new perspective and to catch the sunset, if not a few fish!
