Wattle. Hanging in there!

Freo Today. 3 September 2023. Windy as, but the wattle are hanging in there! 1 September was National Wattle Day. Wattles are in bloom all over Australia, including on Wadjemup/Rottnest Island where the most common is the Summer Scented Wattle (Acacia Rostellifera). Jean Hudson caught it in action on a recent visit. Nice pic.
