Street art

Freo Today. 2 September 2024. Spring definitely in the air. And lots of ‘street art’ on the footpaths around Freo too. This thoughtful display, showing a nice appreciation of pastels, is to be found just outside the entrance to Old Customs House, Phillimore Street.
