Welcome to a smoky Kambarang

Freo Today. 1 October 2022. First day of the Kambarang Noongar season. Things warming up. And the controlled burns over the past few days, with all the relayed smoke over Freo, is a good reminder of it. This great pic, taken by James Sier, with his drone, paints a gorgeous, if smoky, picture of Fremantle’s inner harbour and surrounds, and the Derbarl Yerrigan upstream around North Fremantle.
