Welcome Coral Princess!

Freo Today. 11 November 2023. Remembrance Day. To the welcome of The Port’s Call, an expansive and impressive sonic installation by Thomas Supple and Byron J Scullin that is part of the currently running Fremantle Biennale, the Coral Princess sailed into Fremantle’s inner harbour from Geraldton at around 6.30 pm. A very happy occasion as Freo folk lined Victoria Quay to wave the cruise ship and her some 2000 passengers and nearly 900 crew into port. She’s here until 6 pm tomorrow night when she departs for Busselton.
