Freo Today. 5 November 2023. The freo Biennale Signals23 continues. Don’t miss out. Last night, large crowds filled the Freo water sides. And why not when the sky art is so rich. And the ancestral beings during the Kooranup display are so powerful. As Ilona McGuire, one of the artists who has created this display explains, “Kooranup, is the place beyond the horizon and past Moombaki, where the water meets the sky.
