Freo Today. 1 December 2022. Around 2.00 pm the Regatta, shunning assistance from the Svitzer Eagle tug, began to pull alongside at Victoria Quay as the Queen Elizabeth watched on. And soon there’ll be three, when the Noordam arrives tomorrow morning.
