Still an eye sore

Freo Today. 16 July 2025. Once dubbed The Suffolk Hotel, this Covid period planning approval for the vacant land on the north side of the Arundel apartments has plainly lapsed. Wonder if the Freo Council or WA Planning Commission has approved a car park use on the site? Looks like it. Either way, still an eye sore.
