Freo Today. 28 April 2020, 10 am. On 25 March 2020, when significant restrictions first went into place, we took a photograph from this precise position. Today, with the first significant loosening of those restrictions we returned and took this shot. While a little later in the morning, you get the scent of optimism in the air. Let’s hope so.
