Shouldn’t that say electricity upgrade?

Freo Today. 25 November 2022. Not so long ago we would have applauded this sign in Marine Terrace, Fremantle, letting us know about the ‘natural gas upgrade’ in the neighbourhood, but now one tends reflexively to ask – Shouldn’t that say ‘electricity upgrade’?
