‘Operational’

Freo Today. 28 March 2024. Just 4 days away from the day the 6 Fenians sailed off on the Catalpa 148 years ago. Not all that much later, 45 Phillimore Street in Fremantle’s West End came into being. Nice clean lines. Once owned by the Commonwealth, but now by the Forrest family controlled Fiveight – who acquired it in 2018 – it’s described as ‘operational’ in their portfolio list. Not sure what that means but hope someone will enlighten us!
