Once upon a time, the Park Hotel

Freo Today. 20 November 2022. The Park Hotel. Well, once upon a time. Built in 1893 by Abraham Moise Josephson and designed by Joseph Talbot Hobbs. At the corner of Parry and Ellen Strees, opposite the Fremantle Tennis Club and Fremantle Park, and just around the corner from Josephson Street. After a long and venerable history as a hotel and later a tavern, it is today accomodation for those in need provided by St Pat’s.
