Freo to Antarctica

Freo Today. 2 May 2021. The MPV Everest arrived recently from Davis Base, Antarctica to great acclaim, although a little worse for wear. Now she’s ship-shape again and ready to sail at midnight tonight from C Berth, Victoria Quay. While the Port’s Voyager system says she’s bound for Antarctica, we are reliably informed she’s off to Singapore for much needed repairs. Here she is yesterday preparing for departure.
