C Hamburg bound for Singapore, Eagle Express for Rotto

Freo Today. 9 December 2022. 2023 looms. So do grey clouds. Maybe Rotto will be sunnier. Either way, the C Hamburg, a container ship, isn’t hanging around to find out. Here she is leaving Fremantle’s inner harbour this morning bound for Singapore. She’s 334m long and needed 3 tugs to assist – as our Shipping Correspondent Jean Hudson discovered as she took this snappy snap of all the action. The Eagle Express wasn’t far behind her – bound for Rotto.
