Don’t miss Coogee Live this weekend. It is in full swing today and tomorrow, 11 & 12 March. And there’s free parking at and around fabulous Coogee Beach.
It all kicked off this morning with The Great Mermaid Migration.
Mind you, they weren’t all maids. Magical Merpeople of all ages gathered to the right side of the jetty and lay on Coogee Beach. Possibly one of the biggest gatherings of Mermaids and Mermen in Australian history!
The Merpeople wriggled into their shimmering costumes and tails, then waved their tails and hands and blew bubbles.
This was a great photo opportunity for the young ones. At 10.30 the public were allowed to meet and greet these Mystical Merpeople.
Here’s our gallery of all the Mer action.
