What’s going on here?

Freo Today. 1 December 2023. One of the sadder sights folk encounter as they walk up Market Street, Fremantle from the train station, is the continuing dilapidated visage of the old Post Office. After being damaged by the weather and apparently having structural issues, she sits there forlornly alone. Does anyone know what’s going on here?
