We expect Freo Mayor Hannah Fitzhardinge has the City’s Attractions Team on standby to festoon Freo purple from Simone McGurk’s electorate office at the beginning of Market Street, Fremantle, to The Third Wheel at the end of South Terrace, South Freo, and up and down high Street as well.
