The new Police Station – What do you reckon, 2 years from now?

Freo Today. 3 December 2024. Summer has officially arrived. Christmas isn’t far away. The new Freo Traffic Bridge still has two years to completion. Not sure just when the new Fremantle District Police Station is scheduled for completion but judging by the current state of progress, it’s still a way off. In August 2022, The West Australian reported the construction would take 2 years, with site preparation to begin in early 2023. So much for that prediction. Maybe, as the wall sign says, ALL MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED. What do you reckon – 2 years from now, with a dual, cost-cutting, shared opening ceremony with the new Traffic Bridge?
