The Good (Wool Stores) News!

Freo Today. 14 July 2022. Great news yesterday that Perth property developer Hesperia has bought the historic Elders Wool Stores in Fremantle with a view to starting work as soon as next year on creating a mixed residential and commercial precinct that retains the aesthetics of the building’s warehouse facade. Hopefully, the architects will also be able to include a place for us to continue posting bills and posters on the side of the reworked Wool Stores just as we do now!
