Freo Today. 20 September 2024. Freo a Shipspotters’ Paradise! Lots of ships in the Harbour yesterday. Mount Owen, Bulk Carrier; OOCL Chicago & Singapore, Cargo Ships; Hoegh St Petersburg & American Highway, RO-ROs; and, tucked in there amongst them all on Victoria Quay, the magnificent Cuauhtmoc Mexican Naval Ship.
