Freo Today. 6 July 2024. Would you believe it? They must be from Finland where an ounce of sunlight is all it takes to encourage folk to strip and break through the ice into the water. These brave folk did just that at South Beach dog beach in the middle of yesterday, in the middle of a cold winter’s day.
