Freo Today. 24 June 2025. It’s like a long running soapie, the Bridge. Or it could have been a movie franchise – the Prequel, The Start, The Midway, The Run Home, amd so on. Just now, four giant crawler cranes have been in action. Each sits on a temporary steel platform and has a lifting capacity of 320-480 tonnes. This view, from Cantonment Hill, was captured by Jean Hudson a couple days ago. On and on it goes!
