Nothing like a film shoot!

Freo Today. 17 June 2025. Nothing like a film shoot in Freo to get the general public, FSN Editor included, full of excitement. The on-the-ground folk we hassled to learn more about what it’s all about couldn’t spill all the beans due to their NDAs. But we gather the shoot is for an upcoming streaming series on Binge and some of it at least is set in Fremantle’s world heritage listed Old Prison. How cool! Here’s a shot from the Parry Street carpark this morning, just below the Old Prison, most of which was filled with locational equipment, wardrobe caravan, catering, and lots of busy looking creative types sitting around yarning – as one does on a film or TV shoot!
