Freo Today. 18 September 2025. Just when it seemed Spring was springing, down came the rain again. Bucket loads of it. We feel sure though this image looking across to Cliff Street, Fremantle (Phillimore on the left) at 10 am yesterday, will be but a distant memory same time next week. Maybe..!
