Freo Today. 22 May 2021. One helluva night at Freo Social last night. The Lucky Oceans Turns 70 Party. A concert to remember for the lucky few among the ever-so-gently ageing fans who still can. Lucky Oceans, the pedal steel guitarist who after leaving Philadelphia fell asleep at the wheel and then found himself in Freo with a photographer, and never left, turned the clock back 40 years. Sensational! Happy birthday, Lucky!
