Helluva story!

Freo Today. 15 May 2023. For a short while yesterday, the port was quiet. Then … in came the Conti Annapurna with Zac Plug and crew mates right behind her. Great shot Zac! The container ship is in from Adelaide and off tomorrow for Singapore. Her home port is Monrovia,and she sails under the Liberian flag. Liberia, of course, is the country established by 88 returning American slaves in around 1820, who named the capital, Monrovia after the US President James Munro, one of their supporters. Helluva story!
