End of an era!

Freo Today. 12 August 2025. Patisserie La Vespa seems to have been at the corner of South Terrace and Jenkins Street, South Fremantle for eons. But no longer. The popular cafe has closed and a new venture is due to open soon. And the name La Vespa goes with her passing. No more ‘Meet you at Vespas!’ Locals will no doubt await the opening of the new establishment – Olive & Oil – with interest.
