Captain Munchies. Say no more!

Freo Today. 11 July 2021. The calm before tomorrow’s storm. So calm we went on a Freo wander. And look what we found – Captain Munchies! Captain Munchies, at 2 Beach Street, is a veritable institution. No one seems to know exactly how old the burger and coffee joint is, perhaps 40 years? Certainly 30, because there’s a fab TV ad on YouTube from 1991! It used to be 24/7, but these days it’s usually 10 am – 9 pm. No doubt there are many of you who will reminisce over this pic, especially Ruth and family in Ely, England. Enjoy!
